I confirm that I have obtained explicit consent from the referring agent to submit their information for this purpose. I acknowledge that it is my duty to ensure the accuracy and suitability of the referrals I submit. I also understand that Qualified Live Transfers and Referrals may contact the referring agent for verification and further information regarding the referral process. I agree to adhere to the privacy policies and confidentiality agreements of Qualified Live Transfers and Referrals in handling the personal information provided by the referring agent. I understand that the decision to engage with the referred business opportunities rests solely with Qualified Live Transfers and Referrals, and there is no guarantee of partnership or business. I accept that any disputes or issues arising from the referral process will be addressed according to the policies and procedures of Qualified Live Transfers and Referrals. I acknowledge that Qualified Live Transfers and Referrals reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and it is my responsibility to review them periodically.
